Returns
Every piece is made with care, and we want you to love it.
If something isn’t right — whether due to a defect, damage, or you’re not satisfied — we’re here to help.
We offer replacements or refunds only for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or do not match the description.
Because each item is made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted once production has started.
To request a return, please contact us at info@shapesdecor.com and include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
If your return is approved, we will offer either:
- a full refund, or
- a replacement item
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- If production has not started, we can offer store credit as a flexible solution
- Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse and after verifying that the product is in the same condition, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shapesdecor.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
