How much is shipping?

We offer Free Standard Worldwide shipping on all orders over $99.

For orders under $99, delivery will cost $4.90 with Standard shipping or from $19.90 with Express shipping.

How long will my order take?

Delivery: Processing time + Shipping time 

(excluding weekends, holidays, customs delays and unforeseen circumstances)

Processing: 5-8 business days

Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

For custom-sized products, the processing time is the same as for made-to-order items. 

Customs and import taxes

Our company covers any applicable customs and import taxes, there is no additional cost to the customer. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Returns

Every piece is made with care, and we want you to love it.

If something isn’t right — whether due to a defect, damage, or you’re not satisfied — we’re here to help.

We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or do not match the description.

Because each item is made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted once production has started.

However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to our team. Depending on the situation, we're happy to provide a store credit with no expiration date, giving you the flexibility to choose another piece that better suits your home.

• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the product

If your request is approved, depending on the situation, we may offer:

• a full refund,
• a replacement item, or
• a store credit with no expiration date

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
