How much is shipping?

We offer FREE standard delivery worldwide on all orders over $99.

For orders under $99, delivery will cost $4.90 with standard shipping or from $16.90 with Express shipping.

How long will my order take?

Our items are made to order to reduce industrial waste and environmental impact, and have an average time of approximately 1 to 3 weeks from order placement to delivery. Orders usually take around 5-8 days to manufacture and dispatch and 3-5 days (Express) or 8-12 days (Standard) to arrive.

For custom-sized products, the processing time is the same as for made-to-order items. Fill out the form to request your custom order or contact us directly.

Returns

The return of our products is accepted within 30 days from the order date if the item is damaged or with manufacturing defects, due to the made-to-order manufacturing process, we are unable to offer returns for any other reasons.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shapesdecor.com. If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the entire purchase price, or provide a replacement item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
